Welcome to Holm Construction

Holm Construction was founded in 2000 with a focus on primarily multifamily and commercial construction projects. As a contractor working on older multi story buildings, Holm realized there was a niche in the environmental abatement service industry and in 2006, Holm became certified in abatement services to include asbestos, lead base paint and mold abatement.

Since Holm’s inception back in 2000, our efforts have been primarily focused on managing multifamily renovation type projects outside of our home market area. Beginning in 2016, however, Holm made the decision to develop a local and regional base focusing on restaurant, retail, office and medical projects. Along with the recent addition of our custom millworks and cabinetry shop, Holm Construction truly is an every changing solution for the ever changing needs of our clients.

Although Holm Construction is based in Knoxville, TN, Holm has no geographical boundary in regards to serving our clients. Holm has the licensing and personnel to offer regional services for franchise clients, large development companies and property management groups.
