Nathan founded Holm Court, LLC back in 1998 as a resurfacing contractor for tennis courts, basketball courts, parking lots, etc. As his business grew, so did his desire to develop his company into a more diverse entity that would allow for wider and broader service capabilities for his clients.

Moving from resurfacing into multifamily renovations was a clear fit due to the regional clients and relationships that were already in place and the commercial construction component was the next logical step.
