Born and raised in Lafollette, TN, Bill joined the US Army Infantry at 17 and spent 14 years active duty earning the ranks of squad leader, Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Leader, National training center instructor, unit armorer, NBC officer, Drug and alcohol NCO & Bradley section leader.


Bill is the Regional Environmental Project Manager that assists field superintendents with schedule and production.


Serving in Desert Storm with “Big Red One” Bill was the recipient of the Bronze Star, Amy Commendation Metal with Valor, 4 additional ARCOMS, Combat infantry badge and expert infantry badge.

Bill started working for Holm in 1998 as a production leader. Working his way up, as in the military, he began estimating projects, completed supervisor courses in Lead, Mold & Asbestos abatement/remediation, served as Company Safety Officer in 2007 and has completed numerous large scale projects in the Commercial Construction and Environmental Services Divisions. Currently, Bill is the Regional Environmental Project Manager that assists field superintendents with schedule and production.

Bill has been married for 26 years to his wife Pamela and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren with one more on the way.
